Minase sets the vision and direction of Gojo Bros, owns client relationships, and makes sure every engagement delivers real, measurable outcomes. He leads company strategy and our push into AI products, and holds the team to a high bar on craft, clarity, and communication.
Yeabsira leads engineering and architecture across the studio. Obsessed with clean, well-tested systems that scale and ship on time, he sets the technical standards — from code review to CI — that our clients rely on, and stays close to the code on every project.
